If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve made returns simple and stress-free.

🕒 Returns Window

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🚚 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 working days with the return address and next steps.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 working days after we receive your return for it to appear in your account.

  • We’ll email you when your refund has been processed.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened trading card packs or blind-box items

  • Digital codes or downloadable products

  • Clearance or final-sale items (these will be clearly marked)

Return Shipping Costs

If an item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return postage.
If you simply change your mind, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If something arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at [your email address] with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
